旅人ハルキ

I've been traveling since the day after my high school graduation ceremony.

Let's laugh. The mirror does not laugh before you.

What an old man I met at a hot spring in Nagano Prefecture taught me.
When I was a teenager, I was hitchhiking all over Japan.During my trip, I visited a hot spring deep in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture. While I was in the hot spring, I was alone with an old man of about 70 years old, and we talked about various things.

In my conversation with him, there is a line of his that I still remember.

I told him that I was traveling and asked him about his life.
He said, "Life is about being kind to others."

Life is about being kind to people. You have to treat people with a smile. There are many difficult things in life. Getting the best grades, being the fastest runner, joining a prestigious company, or becoming a millionaire, not everyone can do those things. But anyone can smile. It doesn't matter if you are stupid or a slow runner.
Good luck in your life.

I want to be as kind and successful a person as he is before I achieve anything. That's my foundation.
